Don't worry, they're not Draconian in any way shape or form. Think of them as little reminders and/or suggestions:

You must, obviously, be a fan of the state of Amestris as seen in Full Metal Alchemist
Your email address should be valid. Don't worry about spammers acquiring your emails, as you will have the option to show it or not on the members page.
Your username should only be 15 characters long and please don't put in inappropriate words in your username.
If you have a website, linking back to the fanlisting would be great!
If the website you put in links to any spam/phishing/scam/porn site, your membership will still be approved but your website will not be added on to the list. So please don't put in any of those said websites.
Please don't hotlink.
